About the Course:
Criminal driving offences can have devastating consequences as a result of the Criminal Code's mandatory minimum sentencing regime. But there are also mandatory consequences as a result of convictions under the Motor Vehicle Act and the Insurance Vehicle Act to drivers upon criminal conviction. This panel discussion, moderated by Kyla Lee, will seek to educate about the various consequences that attach to a criminal conviction, both in insurance and in collateral consequences under the BC Motor Vehicle Act.
