Criminal Cross-Over Webinar Series
TLABC’s Criminal Cross-Over webinar series is back! The series explores areas where criminal law intersects with other areas of law. This year, we will take on the intersections of criminal law and civil forfeiture, prison law, securities proceedings, the Motor Vehicle Act, and – back by popular demand – family law.
For NON-CRIMINAL lawyers, this series will help you identify situations in which your client faces criminal legal jeopardy, and will give you the tools you need to navigate those circumstances.
For CRIMINAL lawyers, this series will give you a better understanding of the context in which criminal law issues can arise and how you can work with non-criminal lawyers to get the best result for your client.
