Member Services
TLABC is a service organization for trial lawyers in British Columbia. Our membership is voluntary and currently stands at approximately 1500 members. TLABC's professional staff provide membership resources and education services. Our most popular resources are the trial practice and area-specific listservs, legal education seminars and the Verdict magazine. Visit the Member Resources page for more information.
Advocacy
TLABC has a long history of raising its voice on matters impacting the individual rights of British Columbians. TLABC members have worked to protect the rights of individuals and enhance the practice of law in British Columbia. Hand in hand with those goals is the pursuit of positive changes in legislation and the rules of court proceedings. In addition to participating and assisting the courts in public-interest cases and appeals, TLABC devotes time and other resources to important public-minded campaigns.
