Advocacy – Perhaps the most important thing we do. The struggle to protect our rights and freedoms here in BC persists and TLABC has been a driving force on many issues of public interest. The public's ability to access justice is often threatened by legislative changes and ensuring the courthouse doors remain open for every citizen of BC is an ongoing goal of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. The Trial Practice Listserv enables members to quickly and conveniently share information with other members via email. Participating members just send one email to the listserv address, and it is automatically broadcast to all the other 700+ subscribers on that list. TLABC offers award-winning Legal Education Seminars in all areas of litigation, providing a forum for all lawyers to participate in and share knowledge of advocacy techniques and strategies. Most full day education programs offer in-person and virtual participation access. Hour-long webinars are presented by senior lawyers, judges and experts for lawyers throughout BC on a wide variety of legal topics. TLABC Practice Group listservs –  Enhance your practice resources with an add-on subscription to a specialty Practice Group listserv: Plaintiff-Only Personal Injury, Plaintiff-only Medical Negligence (national), Estate Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Defence, and Corporate/Commercial Litigation.
