2026 Board of Governors & Executive Committee Nominations

Are you a TLABC member eager to work alongside dedicated lawyers with the shared goal of advancing the Association's mission? Are you looking for meaningful board and committee experience while expanding your network within BC’s legal community?

Now is your chance!

Nominations for the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee are open until Wednesday 29 October 2025. Elections for all positions will be confirmed at the AGM on 2 December 2025.

Of particular interest are candidates who meet any one or combination of the following criteria:

Women-identifying, trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming lawyers; 
LGBTQ2S+ lawyers; 
Indigenous lawyers and Racialized lawyers;
Lawyers practicing family law, criminal defence, estate litigation, and/or general civil litigation; 
Lawyers from communities that reflect the diversity of the province of British Columbia; and, 
Lawyers who take legal aid cases.
