About This Course:
Litigation means different things to different people. It is not always confined to personal injury, family, or wills and estates claims. This conference will introduce and then dive into different types of litigated cases, each with their own varied and interesting issues. You will hear directly from seasoned legal counsel who have litigated their own cases, as well as from “non-traditional” experts who played key roles behind the scenes.

As an attendee, you'll acquire a deeper understanding of the diverse array of cases within the realm of litigation, as well as gain invaluable insights into the dos and don'ts of both bringing forth and defending such matters. Join us for an enlightening seminar that promises to broaden your legal insights.
