Family Violence Webinar Series
TLABC’s newest webinar series will explore the complexities of Family Violence, best practices, practice points, and case law. This series was created by Shannon Aldinger and Magal Huberman, with support from the Family Law Committee, as a result of concerns raised by the findings and conclusions of Rise Women's Legal Clinic's report, Why Can't Everyone Just Get Along?
The series comprises of eleven 2-1/2 hour sessions. Participants may register for the entire series or à la carte for bundles or individual sessions. As each session will build on the foundations established in previous sessions, registration for the full series is encouraged. Each session is designed as an in-depth review of a key topic, so participants will benefit from attending individual sessions of particular interest.
CREDITS: Each session qualifies for 2.5 Continuing Legal Education, Family Law ADR Family Violence and ADR Maintenance credits.
