About the Presentation:
Join experienced commercial arbitrator Tina Cicchetti and civil mediator/arbitrator Rose Keith KC for an expansive look at mediation and arbitration. This is session is meant to provide practical take-aways that lawyers can add to their DR toolkit. Suitable for the experience advocate as well as anyone new to mediation and arbitration, this session is intended to canvas the basics, as well as provide some high level insight into best practices and land mines of mediation and arbitration in a wide variety of civil claims (commercial disputes, motor vehicle and UMP claims, employment and sex assault claims). Come prepared for the live Q&A session.

Tina Cicchetti, Cicchetti Arbitration Law Corporation
Tina Cicchetti is a leading arbitration practitioner, an independent neutral with Vancouver Arbitration Chambers (VAC) and a Member Arbitrator at Arbitration Place in Toronto. Since becoming a full-time arbitrator in 2017, she has served as sole arbitrator and tribunal chair in dozens of ad hoc and administered arbitrations. In 2021, Tina was honoured by VanIAC with its inaugural Excellence in Arbitration Award.
Rose Keith KC, Harper Grey LLP
