The Honourable Mary Ellen Boyd, Conrad Margolis Boyd Mediation & Arbitration
The Honourable Mary Ellen Boyd was a justice of the BC Supreme Court for 26 years, and is now a respected mediator for the past 10 years. She was named one of the 2021 Best Lawyers in Canada – Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Anthony Eden, Hammerco
Anthony Eden is an associate at Hammerco where he specializes in estate litigation and personal injury. He enjoys the challenge of navigating the complex waters of litigation.
Arlene Henry KC, Arlene H. Henry Law Corporation
Arlene Henry KC is a multi-accredited civil and family law mediator, and is highly skilled in the use of various collaborative interventions, including mediation, facilitated negotiations and med-arbitration. She is actively involved in the development of new resolution disciplines in family law within BC, including non-evaluative child interviews, med-arbitration, arbitration, parenting coordination and family violence screening.
