About This Course:
It can be hard to keep up with developments in the law at the best of times, let alone during a pandemic. The TLABC Criminal Law Seminar can help. Experienced faculty will give you practical, boots-on-the-ground advice about how to navigate recent developments in the law of bail, sexual offence prosecutions, jury selection, pre-trial delay, and more. Titans of the criminal bar will also demonstrate the examination techniques they rely on to get to the truth at trial. Attendees will come away with knowledge about complex, critical areas of the law that they can immediately apply to their own practice.
