Established in 1989, Community Therapists’ team of over 70 OTs, PTs and Kinesiologists provides diverse services to assist clients recovering from injury or illness. Telehealth services are available using a secure platform that meets privacy regulations. Additionally, we remain able to see clients in person on an urgent need basis within select communities in BC (e.g. Hospital Discharge). Where appropriate, an initial interview for medical-legal evaluations can be conducted via our telehealth platform to reduce bottlenecks arising from Covid-19. At this very difficult time, Direct IME’s focus is on the safety of all clients, assessors, and staff. Our thoughts are with everyone coping to get through the pandemic. TCS Forensics is remaining open for the same business hours as before and providing full support for digital forensics. What we are asking is that when clients come to our office, that they wear a facemask and we will provide the rest being gloves, sanitizers, spray for any equipment they bring in, etc. We will keep a social distance of 6ft apart when conducting interviews or taking instructions.


Triage Data Solutions continues to provide litigation support services, such as scanning, data entry, eDiscovery, evidence collection, database hosting, training and technical support, as we always have, with a few small exceptions: our scanning staff are working individually, on an as needed basis and couriers must be arranged ahead of time. The Virtual Vocational Assessment is designed to enhance your capacity to mediate your case with assurance of the validity of the assessment for litigation purposes. This assessment includes consultation with your client followed by comprehensive testing using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Our testing battery is delivered by courier to your client and administered by our examiner in real-time. Our report provides an employability opinion and vocational direction based on these testing results and a review of your client’s pre/post medical history.
