Refunds for educational materials or TLABC promotional items will only be considered if the product was received damaged. TLABC must be given notice of the damage as soon as the product is received.
Exchanges on TLABC promotional items will be considered if the item is in its original saleable condition and has not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
