About This Course:
This conference is for any personal injury lawyer dealing with catastrophic injury cases for children and adults. It addresses key concepts in brain injury and spinal cord injury, as well how to assemble and admit the expert evidence you need to prove your client's case. Faculty will address the important underlying psychological issues unique to certain health care specialists and how to obtain the best results from your experts. The nuances of settling cases for minors and for adults without capacity will also be addressed.
